Overview

Strategically positioned, technology-integrated, regulation-aware.

Our 18 DCs are positioned near major North American population centers and inbound ports (LA/LB, NY/NJ, Houston, Vancouver, Montreal). Specialty space includes bonded warehousing (in-bond cargo, duty deferred until withdrawal), FTZ (foreign trade zone with duty deferral, inverted tariff and re-export benefits), food-grade (FDA registered, FSMA compliant, audit-ready), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice for pharma and cosmetics), and standard ambient/temperature-controlled space. WMS exposes inventory, orders and waves via REST API or EDI 940/943/944/945/947.

How it works

From quote to POD, step by step.

1

Onboard SKUs + integrate

Item master imported, WMS configured (zones, slotting, pick paths). EDI/API integration with your ERP. Typical onboarding: 3-6 weeks.

2

Receive inbound + put-away

Inbound appointments scheduled, ASN matched, receiving QC, put-away to designated zone. Cycle counts continuous.

3

Order release + waving

Orders flow in via EDI 940 or API. Waved by carrier cut-off. Picked, packed, weighed, labeled, manifested to carrier.

4

Outbound + tracking

Tendered to LTL, parcel, FTL or our own last-mile fleet. Tracking pushed back via EDI 214 or API webhook.

5

Cycle count + monthly billing

Monthly storage billing (per pallet or sq ft), handling charges (in/out), VAS (per-unit). Cycle counts and full physical inventory on schedule.

Frequently asked

Warehousing questions, answered.

What’s the minimum SKU count or volume?
No hard minimum — we onboard everything from 50-SKU DTC brands to 100,000-SKU industrial distributors. Per-SKU rate scales down at higher volume.
Multi-client vs dedicated warehousing — what’s the difference?
Multi-client (shared) warehouses spread fixed costs across many tenants — cheaper, faster to start. Dedicated warehouses are exclusively yours — fully customized, higher fixed cost, justified at ~50k+ sq ft.
How fast can you onboard?
Typical 3-6 weeks from contract to first inbound. Faster (1-2 weeks) for simple ambient ops with EDI-ready systems.
What WMS do you run?
Manhattan Active, Blue Yonder, and a configured Microlistics depending on the DC. All expose REST APIs and standard EDI for integration.
Do you offer FTZ benefits?
Yes — three of our DCs are FTZ-designated (Houston, LA, Newark). Deferred duty, inverted tariff (pay finished goods rate, not components), and zero duty on re-export.
