Our founders had spent 20+ years between them at top-5 forwarders and the largest brokerages in North America — watching shippers get crushed in the gap between cheap-but-distant and small-but-overstretched.

Direct carrier desk
Signed our first 12 ocean-lane allocations and built block-space agreements with three air carriers. No more spot-rate scrambles for customers.
- Year 2
Licensed customs in-house
Brought US LCB and Canadian CCS-licensed brokers in-house. Removed the third-party customs black box and the surprise fees that came with it.
- Year 3
Control tower 24/7
Stood up a real human control tower on three continents — 4-minute average response time, 12-minute exception SLA. No tickets, no chatbots.
